2-Week MVP Launchpad

From an idea to a working pilot

Illustrative client case study. This fictional scenario shows a proposed engagement, rather than completed client work.

The idea

A business services team has an idea for a tool to help staff find answers in internal guidance and prepare responses to common customer questions. Before committing to a full product, they want to see how it would work with their own processes.

Could the tool find the right information? Could staff review its sources? What would happen when the guidance did not contain an answer?

A confidential starting point

The client would sign in, complete our mutual NDA and share an approved brief and sample documents through the private upload platform. Together, we would define one workflow and agree how to evaluate it.

Confidential details come after the NDA. The sprint starts once scope, data readiness and a delivery date are agreed.

Two weeks to make it tangible

In the first week, we would map the workflow and build a private web application using established components, adding AI where it helped meet the requirements. A midpoint demonstration would give the client something to try and review.

In the second week, we would refine the experience and check representative questions, access restrictions, source relevance and failure behaviour. A person would review draft responses before using them.

Evidence for the next step

The client would receive a working pilot, evaluation results, source code and deployment notes, plus a practical route to production. Updates and handover documents would be available in their portal.

The findings would support a decision to refine, evaluate further or proceed to separately scoped production development.
